Data Sovereignty &
Privacy Governance

Last updated: March 27, 2026. At Solvexa Bank, your financial trajectory is private. We outline how we protect your information across our Australian, Japanese, and South Korean operations.

Respecting the Digital Footprint

Solvexa Bank operates at the intersection of high-level financial analysis and career development. We understand that when you utilize our tools, such as our integrated TradingView insights or our South Korean labor market databases, you are entrusting us with more than just a username. You are sharing your professional aspirations and investment curiosities.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not participate in predatory data brokerage. Our business model is built on providing premium education and financial clarity, not on the monetization of your identity.

Secure Data Infrastructure

01. Collection Protocols

What we gather from your interactions.

Direct Identifiers

When you register for an Education Center module or apply via the Career Portal, we collect your name, email address, physical address (for Australian or Japanese regulatory compliance), and professional history. This allows us to tailor the Solvexa experience to your specific region and career stage.

Analytical Engagement

To optimize our TradingView charting integrations and ensure liquidity in information flow, we collect technical metadata, including IP addresses, browser types, and engagement durations. This help us maintain the technical stability of our financial insight platform across high-traffic Japanese and Korean market windows.

02. Information Utilization

How your data fuels your growth.

Your data is utilized primarily to perform the services you have requested. This includes processing your enrollment in our professional financial courses, facilitating connections with recruiters in our Tokyo or Sydney networks, and providing personalized market snapshots based on your saved preferences.

We may also use aggregated, anonymized data to produce "Market Sentiment Reports." These reports analyze broad trends (e.g., "Rising interest in ESG assets among South Korean junior analysts") without ever revealing an individual user's identity or specific portfolio interests.

Regional Data
Prerogatives

As a multi-national entity, Solvexa Bank adheres to the strictest jurisdictional standards, including the Australian Privacy Principles (APP), Japan’s APPI, and South Korea’s PIPA.

Encryption and Security

Access & Rectification

You have the absolute right to request a digital copy of every data point we hold regarding your profile. If your professional certifications or contact details change, you may update them through the Solvexa portal at any time.

The Right to Erasure

Subject to local financial record-keeping laws (which often require 5-7 years of data retention for tax and KYC audits), you may request the full deletion of your Solvexa Bank account and associated personal identifiers.

Cross-Border Transfers

Data may be transferred between our Tokyo headquarters and Sydney operations. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure your privacy travels with your data, regardless of the server location.

Consent Management

You may opt out of non-essential communications, such as our weekly market digest or career opportunity alerts, via the 'Privacy Settings' tab in your dashboard.

Privacy Inquiries

Questions regarding our data handling or specific regional compliance can be directed to our Data Protection Officer (DPO). Our legal team is available during standard business hours (Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00 JST).
